In December, 2007, I qualified as an Aids Verifier. I was told this entitled me to wear the Operations Program ribbon/medal. However, the ATON program was recently moved from the Operations Department to the Marine Safety Department. Am I still entitled to wear the Operations ribbon or does this mean that I should be awarded a different ribbon from the M-Department?

Will Auxiliary personnel who are performing facility inspections, container inspections, MOM's, or other missions that require entry into secure port facilities need to have TWIC identification? If so, who is responsible for the fee, or is the fee reimbursable through your sector? Are our background checks equivalent to the CBP checks that give the member a lower price for the TWIC?
